Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the building's infrastructure is in good working order
- Provide regular reports and updates
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including order planning, inventory management, procurement, and distribution, to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Paying attention to detail. Have a knack for organisation
- Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the building's infrastructure is in good working order
- Ensure you're aware of exactly what is happening throughout the supply chain
- Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance
- Manage and minimise the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain Inventory management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent use of Business/accounting software such as Excel, QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office
