We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our delivery operations by tracking rider activity, coordinating bike maintenance, and communicating with both riders and customers. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and reliable delivery service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor the location and delivery status of riders in real-time
- Communicate proactively with riders to ensure timely and successful deliveries
- Serve as the liaison between the company and customers to provide delivery updates or resolve delivery-related issues
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and servicing of company motorcycles
- Maintain logs and reports on rider performance, delivery times, and maintenance schedules
- Assist with other administrative tasks to support the delivery team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, email, tracking apps, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to ride a bike is a strong plus
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Familiarity with Lagos routes is an advantage
