Job Summary
We are an online logistics and vehicle rental company seeking a goal-oriented Office Administrative Officer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, providing essential support to various departments and ensuring an organized workplace.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing messages and packages.
- Provide administrative support by assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members, and preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ordered office supplies and managed inventory.
- Maintain and update company records and databases. Assist with filing and document management.
- Support team members as required such as HR with
employee records and Finance with expense tracking and petty cash management.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Experience as an office administrator, office
assistant, or similar administrative roles.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
· MUST reside within or close to Jakande-Lekki axis
