Job Summary
Our company is looking for an Office Administrator with an accounting background to coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide staff supervision and administration
- Manage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Support finance, bookkeeping, and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
- Track and replace office equipment supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
- Research, submit reports, and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Support the CSR desk of the organization
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND or BSC certification in a finance/accounting-related field.
- ICAN/ATS qualification is an added advantage
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a professional business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- The candidate should be ready to resume immediately
Location: Lagos Island
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
