This is a full-time position that requires a knowledge of the construction industry and communication skills. We are a dynamic and growing construction company seeking an experienced and professional secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting clients who come to visit our company, gathering information about the industry, and preparing bidding documents. - Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Mid level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Greet and host clients and partners who come to visit our company
- Collect and organize information about the construction industry and our competitors
- Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and proposals
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, replying to emails, and maintaining filing systems
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
- At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
