Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer company main phone number
  • Plan and maintain work schedule at multiple client facilities.
  • Provide administrative support: sales proposals, appointment set up, follow up correspondence.
  • Manage records and information, create reports per management team requests.


Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a female candidate
  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or Associated Degree in any discipline
  • Previous experience in administrative services
  • At least 1 year of experience in business management
  • Ability and capabilities of managing a cleaning company.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
