Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements for executives.
- Handle document preparation, filing, and digital archiving.
- Draft, proofread, and manage official correspondence and reports.
- Provide basic IT support such as troubleshooting office equipment, software setup, and data entry.
- Coordinate internal communications and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support logistics and administrative tasks during meetings, presentations, or training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Office Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1-3 years proven experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or administrative officer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be neat, articulate, and well-presented
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Male candidates between the ages of 23–35 years preferred
- Knowledge of basic recordkeeping and office procedures is an added advantage
