  • Assist with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
  • Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, or SHRM will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training program
