Responsibility:
- Assist with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
- Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, or SHRM will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training program
