Job Description/Requirements
As the General Manager Administration, your role will encompass a strong foundation in accounting, an innate entrepreneurial spirit, and good record of marketing ability. You will coordinate processes, and manage all inventories, and purchases throughout the branches.
KEY QUALITIES:
- Financial Stewardship: Must possess a strong knowledge of accounting and finance management.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Applicant must show strong initiative in marketing. Must be task oriented.
- Team Leadership: Ability to manage staff strength of over 600 is required.
- Turnaround Expertise: Applicant must demonstrate very high attitude for transformation. Must be self driven in a challenging and tight economy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the dry cleaning, chemical and fabric management industry.
