Job Summary
The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for keeping records of all items in inventory. He/she will monitor stock and place reorder requests as needed. He/she will crosscheck all purchases and record them immediately. The ICS will liaise with suppliers to ensure all requested items are supplied as at when due.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Submit weekly requisition and ensure all items are purchased as of when due.
- Submit a daily inventory report from all departments.
- Submit vendor invoices for payment.
- Process Statement of Account for all purchased items.
- Processes and documents returns (refunds) as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- May serve as a cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE qualification
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Must be honest and transparent in all dealings.
