Job Summary

Our company is looking to hire an immigration administrative assistant

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree

  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • To assist Immigration Consultants and other team members with immigration paperwork preparation such as filling up the application forms, letters based on information provided by clients, translation work etc.
  • Responsible for filing case documents for each assignee and dependent, in accordance with country Policy and/or ISO requirements. This includes and is not limited to scanning, copying and preparing hard and/or soft copies of the case documents and all associated correspondence.
  • Assist in conducting research and compiling information related to IMMS.
  • Help with administration of visa expiry report by reminding consultants and open renewal service jobs in ORBIS upon receipt of authorization from clients.
  • Assist with invoice preparation and collection.
  • Assist in the administration of CORE/ORBIS to update Service Details and upload documents (Work Permit, Residence Licence and Passport etc)
  • Assist in the administration of CORE/ORBIS to complete estimate charges on the Service Details page
  • Assist in collecting or delivering physical documents where an in-person appearance is required.
  • Support any team members in the IMMS team whenever required on any administration work needed such as filing, system updates, translation work, invoicing, reporting, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in the relevant course
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar function.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, Outlook, etc.
  • English ability and fluency in the local language depending on office location.
  • Proven client service experience.
  • Great organization skills
  • Ability to receive and analyze information
