Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-level Human Resources Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resource Manager in delivering HR functions that support organizational goals and positive growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Help to implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met.
- Help to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Work with the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes.
- Help promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively and followed across all departments.
- Assist with ensuring all aspects of compliance, including documentation, audits, and policy updates.
- Assist in implementing the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
- Assist with Managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company goals.
Requirements:
- Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of HRM systems
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years post-NYSC experience, at least of which must be in an HR role.
