Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-level Human Resources Admin Officer. The ideal candidate will support the Human Resource Manager in delivering HR functions that support organizational goals and positive growth.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
  • Help to implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met.
  • Help to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Work with the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes.
  • Help promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices.
  • Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively and followed across all departments.
  • Assist with ensuring all aspects of compliance, including documentation, audits, and policy updates.
  • Assist in implementing the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
  • Assist with Managing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company goals.


Requirements: 

  • Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of HRM systems
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 years post-NYSC experience, at least of which must be in an HR role.
