Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures suitable for a tech-driven work culture.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records in line with Nigerian labor law.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with ZoneX’smission.
- Support the team in other assigned tasks or projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Qualification such as CIPM, SHRM, or relevant HR certifications.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Age Bracket 20-35 years
- Effective communication and leadership.
- Organizational and conflict resolution skills.
