Job summary
The In-House Tutor is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training to Medbuddy students, ensuring they gain the necessary knowledge and practical skills for their chosen careers. This role involves teaching theoretical concepts, leading hands-on practical sessions, and assessing student performance to ensure competency.

Responsibilities:
Course Delivery & Student Instruction:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and practical training sessions
- Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and Medbuddy's training objectives.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and hands-on practice.
Curriculum Development & Improvement:
- Assist in designing and updating course materials to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Develop training manuals, assessment tools, and practical evaluation guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from students and employers to improve course delivery continuously.
Student Assessment & Performance Monitoring:
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and practical skill evaluations to track student progress.
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students to help them succeed.
- Identify struggling students and offer additional tutoring sessions or remedial classes.
Hands-On Practical Training & Simulation:
- Lead hands-on practical sessions for healthcare skills.
- Ensure students gain real-world experience through supervised practice.
- Work closely with the Placement Director to ensure students are well-prepared for internships.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all training programs comply with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and certifications.
- Conduct course evaluations to measure training effectiveness.
Student Engagement & Support:
- Serve as a mentor and advisor for students, offering guidance on their career paths.
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Address student concerns and provide solutions to enhance their learning experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
