Person Specifications /Skills
- Not older than 45years old
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, out of which 4 years must be in managerial position
- Vast in all classes of insurance and products.
- Strong Marketing Skills.
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Business Acumen
- Good negotiation skills
- Good presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Laws, Engineering
