We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Lead to oversee and manage our real estate company's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality of services are met.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for operations.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to set strategic goals for the organization and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Oversee and manage the performance of operational teams, ensuring that they are meeting established targets and delivering high-quality work.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
  • Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of employees and the security of assets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among operational teams.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in real estate operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive organizational success.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus


Location: Lekki Phase I.


Remuneration: NGN 180,000.00 - NGN 200,000.00 per month.
