Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for operations.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to set strategic goals for the organization and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Oversee and manage the performance of operational teams, ensuring that they are meeting established targets and delivering high-quality work.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
- Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of employees and the security of assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among operational teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in real estate operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus
Location: Lekki Phase I.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000.00 - NGN 200,000.00 per month.
