Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high performance across all departments.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
- Track, analyze, and prepare reports on real estate properties and packages, such as cash flows.
- Supervise and oversee maintenance and appearance standards.
- Ensure compliance with the terms of leases, including analyzing site-specific problems.
- Meet accounting deadlines, including project and entity-level financials and taxes.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and emerging trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.

Remuneration: NGN 700,000 - 900,000
