General Manager Operations

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the station's growth and success.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including programming, production, and administrative functions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among staff.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with government agencies, stakeholders, and the community.
• Oversee financial management and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Uphold editorial standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate with a degree in Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of residency in Kaduna with a deep understanding of local dynamics.
• Proven experience in media management, including programming and content creation.
• Track record of managing institutional operations involving marketing, government relations, and financial management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• 30+ of age, married with children preferred, demonstrating stability and commitment to the local community for 10+ years
