Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing front desk activities
  • Maintaining proper documentation
  • Supporting deal closures
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND or HND; a Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is an advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or front desk role (real estate industry experience preferred)
  • Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking ability
  • Bookkeeping knowledge or administrative reporting skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support client relations and marketing efforts
