Job Summary
We are looking for a competent person to manage our front desk and perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as receiving clients and visitors, handling inquiries, and requests. A positive, pleasant personality is a must as this position will require good telephone and face-to-face communication with both external and internal teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
- Execute all administrative tasks to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Team-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude.
Location: Victoria island. Proximity to the office location will be an advantage.
