Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and staff calendars.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Support the organization of meetings and events.
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Enforce visitor access and security protocols.
