Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival
  • Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing information about our services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Managing reservations and ensuring accurate guest information is recorded
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth operation
  • Maintaining a neat and organized front desk area
  • Utilizing MS Office suite to perform administrative tasks efficiently


Requirements:

  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in customer service and hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
