Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage official telephone calls and take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff members.
- Respond to inquiries about the company.
- Receive visitors warmly and ensure they are comfortable in the enterprise
- Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Be the 1st point of contact for the business
- Understand the catalogue of services provided.
- Schedule appointments on the work calendar.
Requirements:
- 2 years of proven experience as a front desk representative, or relevant position
- Effective communication by phone or email.
- Excellent knowledge of the use of a laptop
- Customer service orientation.
Location: Ikoyi Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000.00
