Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and personal support as required.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications effectively.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and assist with post-scheduling.
- Monitor, manage, and grow social media presence in alignment with brand goals.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks for digital content and presentations.
- Edit short videos and reels for social platforms and internal use.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with external parties and manage correspondence.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant (preferred).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Content creation skills – copywriting, idea generation, and social post drafting.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments.
