Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, appointment scheduling, and inventory management for spa products and gym equipment.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the salon, spa, and gym facilities.
- Manage staff schedules for beauticians, spa therapists, and gym instructors, ensuring adequate coverage for appointments and classes.
- Train and develop new staff members on policies, procedures, and equipment usage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment across all areas of Ellas Place Apo.
- Manage client bookings and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate reports on appointments, sales, and inventory levels.
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the Ellas Place Apo brand.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, short-form text posts) that highlights services, promotions, and the unique atmosphere of Ellas Place Apo.
- Schedule and publish content on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media, fostering a positive online community.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the health and wellness industry (salon, spa, or gym experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clients and staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
- Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools a plus.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the services offered at Ellas Place Apo.
