The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of progressive experience in factory or plant management, with a strong background in production, quality control, safety, and team leadership.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of factory operations including production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, and warehousing.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet production goals, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team, including supervisors, technicians, and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of continuous safety awareness.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and timely production schedules.
- Manage maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime and maximum reliability.
- Liaise with senior management to report on operational status, strategic planning, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and support customer audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
- Proven track record of managing complex operations in a factory or production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance systems.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications
