Job Summary
Montage Africa Agro Allied Company Ltd. seeks an experienced and proactive Factory Manager to oversee our maize flour processing operations. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality production standards, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in line with local and international food safety standards. This is a senior-level role, ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in flour milling or grain processing.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the maize flour processing facility.
- Manage production lines, ensuring maximum productivity and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and ECOWAS food industry regulations.
- Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards across all operations.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate plant personnel.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies for efficiency, safety, and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related discipline (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, including 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of maize milling, grain handling, and quality assurance practices.
- Certification in Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), ISO 22000, or HACCP is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
