Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Manage room reservations and guest requests using Opera Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all reception procedures align with hotel standards.
- Act as the shift leader when required, taking initiative in managing front office activities.
- Uphold the hotel’s image by delivering exceptional service and presenting a polished appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the front office of a luxury hotel
- In-depth knowledge and daily use of Opera PMS (Property Management System)
- A strong personality with the ability to take initiative and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Supervisory or leadership qualities – capable of handling shifts independently
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Poise, confidence, and a polished appearance
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in 4- or 5-star hotels
- Must be tech-savvy and able to multitask efficiently
