Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, appointments,and travel arrangements
- She is expected to handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and format presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- BSc. in any business-related course
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Pretty, hospitable, and smart.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
