Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Executive Assistant / Social Worker with IT knowledge to join our team and provide support to our group of companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of IT systems and software. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will be responsible for assisting executives, managing social work initiatives, and providing technical support as needed. As an Executive Assistant / Social Worker with IT knowledge, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall success of our group of companies. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and handle confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
- Assist with managing and prioritizing emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
Social Work Initiatives:
- Develop and implement social work programs and initiatives to support employees' well-being and work-life balance.
- Provide counseling and support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.
- Collaborate with HR to address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, volunteer programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in social work and employee well-being.
IT Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues faced by employees, such as computer hardware and software problems.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software applications.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and network security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Large network to raise funds and run the business with income that generated by the Executive Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Empathetic and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to support employees' well-being.
- Proficient in IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of social work principles, counseling techniques, and best practices is preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 1,440,000 - 2,400,000 per annum
