To provide administrative and executive assistance/support to the office of the CRO.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive secretarial support and assistance to the CRO in the discharge of his duties
- Schedules appointments on behalf of the CRO and ensures that his meetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated
- Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of the CRO
- Logs and distributes incoming messages to the CRO promptly
- Receives and responds to correspondences
- Manages the calendar of the CRO.
- Maintains and updates files, and takes down minutes of meetings when necessary.
- Coordinates conference and travel arrangements, and prepares itineraries and expense reports.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Social Science or any other related field
- At least 3 years post-NYSC experience in an administrative role
- Technology savvy
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
