We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in strategic planning, business development, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and leadership skills, and will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office and wider organization.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist the MD in formulating and executing business strategies.
- Conduct market research and provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Support the MD in negotiations and managing contracts.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with departments to align efforts with strategic objectives.
- Track performance metrics and generate operational reports.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion.
- Organize meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Lead and oversee special projects initiated by the MD.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for execution.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external parties.
- Draft and review professional correspondence and documents.
- Foster positive internal communication and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an executive support or business development role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with travel and tourism industry standards and regulations.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
