The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer by managing administrative functions, streamlining communication, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This highly trusted role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
  • Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and information with discretion.
  • Assist with project coordination, research, and special assignments as directed by the CEO.
  • Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and tasks to optimize executive time.
  • Support board meeting preparation, documentation, and communication.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, contact databases, and office records.
  • Represent the CEO with professionalism and poise in all interactions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
