Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties.
- Handle confidential correspondence and information with discretion.
- Assist with project coordination, research, and special assignments as directed by the CEO.
- Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and tasks to optimize executive time.
- Support board meeting preparation, documentation, and communication.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, contact databases, and office records.
- Represent the CEO with professionalism and poise in all interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
