We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and drafting correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with project management and coordination, including tracking progress, preparing budgets, and managing timelines.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide administrative support for company events, such as organizing logistics and coordinating with vendors.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Proactive problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.


Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 140,000
