Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support our team. The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our employees and customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, handling a variety of administrative tasks including managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating office supplies, and assisting with scheduling. You will also provide support to the marketing and management team and handle a variety of other tasks as needed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the CEO.
- Conduct visitors and maintain employee and department directories.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and employees, clients, or other external partners
- Managing the CEO’s calendars, setting up meetings, and making appointments
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to the logistics of meetings
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements, when needed Take minutes during meetings
- Handle customers' and employees' issues.
- Engage in marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
- Maintain workflow by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment.
- Optimize operations through adequate and efficient record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Must be social media savvy
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Exhibit excellent professionalism with a meticulous appearance that aligns with the company's standards and reflects positively on the organization.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000.00 per month
