We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. He/she must be able to prepare reports, also must be able to act without guidance and must be very good in the use of Microsoft Office and Hardworking.
- Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:2 years
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Work experience as an office assistant, personal assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Location: Candidate must reside around Ajah Axis or Magodo.
