House of Plants (Lagos Plants) is a horticulture and landscaping private company, seeking an Executive Assistant with good managerial & customer service skills to assist with the daily business operations.

Job Description/Requirements
- Customer care and problem resolution
- Packaging and sending out orders for delivery
- On-site supervision of landscaping or bulk-order projects
- Procurement of artisans for store and utility maintenance
- Photography & videography of products (plants and others) and content creation for social media
- Supervision & welfare management of gardeners, drivers and other support staff
- Store management - Book-keeping, Stock Report, Product Display Arrangement and others
- Daily report of store activities to the CEO
- Quality control & inspection of plants and pots delivered by suppliers
- Any other assigned job function when required
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good managerial Skills & Attention to detail
- Creativity and social media management skills are an added advantage
- The ideal candidate will be based on the island, preferably
Location: Candidate must reside on the island.
Remuneration: NGN60,000 - NGN100,000
