Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and serve as a key point of contact both internally and externally.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal information
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive
- Monitor and follow up on deadlines and tasks assigned to other departments
- Maintain a well-organized filing and document management system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive or administrative assistant role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
