Job Summary

Provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman to ensure the effective management of personal assignments. Responsible for managing correspondence and phone calls, serving as the first point of contact, managing diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Chairman
  • Runs personal errands which include purchases and organizing personal events when required
  • Provides administrative and secretarial support
  • Organizes and manages itinerary and diary
  • Coordinates and arranges travel itineraries
  • Processes incoming and outgoing emails and deals with telephone inquiries
  • Schedules business meetings, appointments, events, and activities to ensure the Chairman is well prepared
  • Carries our research and prepares presentations using PowerPoint when required
  • Manages an active calendar of appointments
  • Records and takes minutes of meetings and provides same to relevant parties as directed
  • Screens and directs calls and visitors
  • Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handles all personal tasks as assigned
  • Conducts research and prepares speeches and presentations in a variety of formats to support activities
  • Manages social media platforms
  • Builds and maintains relationships with vendors
  • Processes purchase orders and expense claims
  • Prepares expense reports and other reports as may be required
  • Maintains required records and general filing of documents, reports, receipts, and correspondences
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a reputable and accredited University
  • At least 3 years post-NYSC experience in an administrative role
  • Technology savvy
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Presenting and communicating information

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 monthly.
