Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Manage product listings, ensure accurate information, and update product details on e-commerce platforms.
- Order Management: Oversee order processing, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and executing online promotions, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent overstocking or stockouts, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Website Management: Update website content, ensure functionality, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service roles.
- Certifications: Certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or supply chain management can be advantageous ².
