As the Head of E-Business, you will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic direction, development, and operational management of Maestro MFB’s digital banking and e-business initiatives. This includes overseeing digital channels, payments, digital lending, online and mobile banking, agency banking, and digital partnerships.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the bank’s e-business strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital banking products and services, including internet and mobile banking, digital payments, and agency banking solutions.
- Manage and oversee project implementation within budget and set time frames.
- Develop operating manuals/procedures for e-Product operations.
- Develop new products and solutions in line with corporate objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
- Implements and monitors service level agreements.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and delivery of e-business solutions.
- Ensure the alignment of IT strategies with the long- and short-term business goals.
- Monitor the performance of digital channels and identify opportunities to drive customer adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
- Provide user support, including timely reconciliation and resolution of disputes.
- Forge strategic partnerships with fintechs, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the bank’s digital ecosystem and offerings.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital banking trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital banking and e-business activities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the e-business team to deliver on performance targets and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the e-Business advocacy across MaestroMFB and beyond.
- Drive product utilisation and performance across all channels.
- Manage e-business channels and achieve optimal customer satisfaction
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
