Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- OND in any field of study
