Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues or routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Process customer subscriptions, payment confirmation, allocation, and documentation
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate unresolved problems to the relevant personnel.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including sorting and distributing mail, coordinating deliveries, and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly related to customer privacy and data protection.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute to the development of customer care strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc in any related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience 
  • Good understanding of basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel programs.


Location: Candidate should reside within Lekki, Ajah, and Ibeju Lekki Axis only for easier commuting.
