Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, especially related to security practices.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across departments.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure that policies are aligned with security protocols and standards .
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for staff..
• Investigate and report compliance issues or breaches, recommending corrective actions.
• Stay current with evolving regulations and security trends that impact compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, Auditor, or similar role.
• Background in physical security, cybersecurity, or information assurance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in  Information Security, or a related field; certifications such as CCEP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be good in Spoken English
• The candidate must pass a background check which includes providing  Guarantors and  Referees
