Job Summary
The primary role of the Compensation & Benefits Lead is to ensure the company’s compensation structure and benefits packages are competitive, equitable, and in alignment with business goals. This position will manage all aspects of employee compensation, including salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and incentives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Compensation & Benefits Lead will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Management to develop and administer compensation plans that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the annual salary review process, benefits negotiations, and market research to benchmark compensation trends.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Lead the annual salary review process and collaborate with HR to ensure fair and equitable compensation across the organization.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring they meet employee needs and remain competitive.
- Work with management to create and communicate compensation strategies and incentive programs that align with company performance goals.
- Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters and ensure that compensation packages comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Design and implement training programs for HR and management on compensation policies, best practices, and legal requirements.
- Stay informed of changes in compensation and benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation trends, benefits administration, and legal compliance in the compensation field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing competitive compensation structures and incentive programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
