Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Management Support: Provide administrative support to the managers, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including filing annual returns and other documents with regulatory bodies.
- Corporate Governance: Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures, ensuring the company is managed in accordance with best practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and statutory registers.
- Communication: Liaise with managers, shareholders, directors, and other stakeholders, providing information and responding to queries.
- Meetings: Organise and attend meetings, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate meetings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and at least one year of postgraduate experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Candidates should be no more than 30years of age.
