The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company complies with regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. This individual will serve as the principal liaison between senior management, team members and customers

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, organize internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, memos, calls).
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and confidential documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date company records including statutory registers, minutes of meetings, resolutions, and board documentation.
- Prepare and file legal documents such as annual returns, meeting notices, and regulatory submissions.
- Archive documents according to compliance and retention policies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and support timely filings with relevant authorities (e.g., CAC, FIRS, etc.).
- Support the board of directors in upholding corporate governance best practices and preparing governance-related documentation.
- Assist with drafting board resolutions, company policies, and shareholder communications.
- Serve as a liaison between the board of directors, management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination across departments.
- Draft high-quality internal and external communications including letters, reports, newsletters, and meeting summaries.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication channels on behalf of the organization.
- Provide support in logistics documentation including permits, customs forms, shipping schedules, and freight documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors to ensure timely execution of logistics operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Law, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a secretary or administrative officer (preferably in a structured, compliance-oriented organization).
- Strong knowledge of office administration, record keeping, and corporate secretarial duties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive company matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
