Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Co-Executive Director to join our leadership team. This role will work collaboratively with the existing Executive Director to drive the organization’s mission, oversee operations, and expand our impact. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong commitment to equity, inclusion.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the development and execution of TechPride Alliance’s strategic vision and goals.
  • Partner with the Executive Director to ensure alignment between organizational objectives, programs, and values.
  • Advocate for inclusive technology practices and policies.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative and accessible tech education programs.
  • Ensure programmatic excellence and adherence to the needs of marginalized and vulnerable communities.
  • Cultivate partnerships with tech companies, educational institutions, and community organizations to expand opportunities and funding.
  • Co-lead fundraising initiatives, including grant writing, donor engagement, and sponsorship development.
  • Provide shared leadership in managing budgets, human resources, and organizational policies.
  • Oversee a diverse team of staff and volunteers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • Represent TechPride Alliance in public forums, conferences, and media to amplify our mission and impact.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to ensure programs address their unique needs and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit, educational, or tech organization.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, program development, and team management.
  • Strong alignment with TechPride Alliance’s mission of empowering marginalized and vulnerable individuals through technology.
  • Experience in developing and managing funding strategies, including grants and corporate partnerships.
  • Established network within the technology or nonprofit sectors is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of and commitment to equity and inclusion principles.
  • Experience working with underrepresented groups, including marginalized women, transgender individuals, and people with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a co-leadership structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Technology, Social Impact) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with technology trends and digital skills training is an advantage.
