Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations.
- Collect the style and brief.
- Schedule consultations and fittings, send reminders.
- Log every order and open a production worksheet.
- Release Fabrics, assign work to cutters, tailors, and other staff.
- Track progress daily, flag delays, and keep clients updated.
- Perform quality checks before any garment leaves the factory.
- Handover finished garment, capture feedback, and close the order.
- Maintain Social media platforms.
- Produce a short weekly report for the management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
