Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, and data entry)
- Ensure offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and handling waste disposal appropriately
- Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a stock of office supplies and reordering when necessary
- Replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products
- Supporting staff with ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or office support roles is preferred but not essential
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Must pass a background check (Drug test, provide a guarantor and referees).
